Martin is the owner and founder of Culpis with +20 years’ experience in the equity and structured finance markets. Prior to starting Culpis, Martin was Head of Nordics at AgFe, a boutique investment bank based in London and regulated by the FSA. Martin originated and raised funding for a number of transactions in the Nordics as well as setting up relationships with local market players. Prior to working for AgFe Martin was one of the founding partners of Capacent (former ABB Financial Consulting) where he headed the Corporate and Structured Finance practice. Martin has also held positions at Nordiska Fondkommission, Oriflame and Ratos.

Phillip Kerle
Phillip has over 15 year’s experience with invoice based financing transactions. Prior to joining Culpis Phillip was the CEO of Demica for 13 years. This is a company that specialises in addressing working capital challenges from a single proprietary platform. The platform enabled the financing of over $60b of trade receivables per year. Prior to working with Demica Phillip had started a number of successful businesses in Asia and Australia. Phillip is lawyer by qualifications and has worked in Asia, North America, Europe and Latin America with a number of multinationals.

Eva Martin
Eva is a Senior Advisor and collaborates with Culpis in key initiatives. Eva has over 16 years of management experience from the consulting and finance sector. In banking and finance, Eva has been responsible for building and establishing new global specialist functions. Throughout her career, Eva has made several entrepreneurial journeys to establish new global functions, implement new business models and lead several organisational changes and transformations. Eva has also worked for 12 years as a management consultant internationally and has experience from telecom, transport and the service sector.
Peter Stenbrink
In his 15+ years as a consultant at McKinsey, EY and Capacent, Peter led projects covering strategy, operations and finance, with a primary focus on working capital optimisation and Supply Chain Financing, as well as restructuring and turnarounds. He has supported clients in 30+ countries, ranging from mid-size Private Equity portfolio companies to A - AAA-rated USD 30bn+ corporates, and advised the World Bank and other banks and FinTech companies on Supply Chain Financing. He has also worked in industrial product management in North America, and as a CEO and Managing Director for the consulting and interim management firm RGP in the Nordics.
Viggo Zachrisson
Viggo has 20+ years of experience as a management consultant, investment manager, entrepreneur, and investor. Through this, he has gained broad general experience with venture financing from the perspectives of an entrepreneur, investment professional, and advisor. As an entrepreneur, Viggo managed, from founding to exit, several online marketing and digital transformation businesses in the personal finance and mortgage verticals in the US. Prior to this, Viggo worked as an investment professional in VC stages and as an investment manager for Telefos, an LBO portfolio under IndustriKapital, where he handled business development, M&A, and divestment processes. He started his career as a management consultant with Accenture in France (Communications and High Tech).
